You may browse this website and use its contact channels to request information. Unlawful use, the introduction of malicious code or interfering with the website's operation is not permitted. Browsing alone does not constitute consent to optional cookies or purchase of services.
Texts, images, designs and other content are protected by their owners' rights. Publication does not authorise exploitation beyond legally permitted uses. References to organisations describe the relationships stated in the profile and do not, by themselves, imply representation or endorsement for other services.

Content complaints. In accordance with the LSSI, Trayectoria provides the technical hosting of the content supplied by the owner of this website. If a third party believes that any content infringes their rights (intellectual property, honour, image or others), they may notify hola@trayectoria.pro, stating the URL, the right concerned and the details needed to locate it. Upon receiving a substantiated notice, Trayectoria will act diligently and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend or remove the allegedly unlawful content within a maximum of 72 business hours, informing the owner so that they may respond.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party is responsible for its own actions and legal obligations. Trayectoria's technical role does not exclude its legal responsibilities or make it the author of all customer content. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; relevant service incidents will be addressed diligently.
This notice is interpreted under Spanish law and applicable mandatory rules. Disputes will be heard by the courts or authorities competent under the law, preserving mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules.
2. Privacy

Where a link directs you to a separate organisation to purchase services or deal with that organisation, it will provide its own privacy information for that processing.

Contact: hola@trayectoria.pro. When it hosts or maintains content containing personal data on the owner's instructions, it acts as processor for those operations.
Enquiries
Clicking an email link opens your email application. Clicking alone does not send message contents to this website. If you send a message, the recipient processes the contact details and information you provide to respond and handle your request.
Where you request a quotation or services for yourself, the legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, the performance of that contract. Other professional enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to communications and maintaining professional relationships; you may object on grounds relating to your situation. Legal obligations are addressed on that separate basis. An enquiry is not treated as blanket permission to send advertising.
Ordinary enquiries are kept while being addressed and for up to 12 months from the last interaction, unless there is an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or specific need to retain evidence for liabilities. Contract and accounting records follow their applicable statutory periods. Where required, data is blocked with restricted access under applicable law and not used for other purposes.
Hosting and security
Accessing the website generates technical data needed to deliver its pages and protect the service, such as IP address, time, request and technical browser information. Hosting is provided through Hostinger, and support providers may be involved under applicable contractual arrangements.
Technical operations for the owner's website are performed on their behalf. Trayectoria also processes data needed to protect its infrastructure and prevent abuse on the basis of its legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Logs are accessible only to authorised personnel and are not used for advertising.
Technical logs are kept for the time needed to detect, investigate and resolve incidents and address specific liabilities. Retention depends on the log's function and verified hosting arrangements, with review and deletion when no longer needed. Backups follow their rotation cycle and are not used as an archive of enquiries or analytics.
Optional analytics
Only if you accept, FOCUS BLUE OCEAN, S.L. uses Google Analytics to assess use of this website and improve Trayectoria. Processing relies on consent, which you can withdraw under “Cookie settings”. Statistics are for Trayectoria and are not supplied to the profile owner. We do not link visitor identifiers across websites. The Cookie Policy describes data, cookies, retention, provider and international transfers.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, email and support providers needing access process data according to their roles and applicable agreements. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell contact data or provide it to other profile owners for their campaigns.
Analytics may involve international transfers as described in the Cookie Policy. Technical and email providers may use infrastructure or support outside the European Economic Area; where a transfer occurs, an adequacy decision or other legally required safeguards apply. You can request information about the provider and safeguards from the relevant controller.
Your rights

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or locate data, without requiring it indiscriminately.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es. We do not use these data for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. Providing information by email is voluntary, but sufficient information is needed to respond to your request.

Trayectoria uses statistics to assess how the websites it maintains operate and are used, and to improve its service. Statistics are not provided to the profile owners. The profile owner is identified separately in the Legal Notice.
2. What is stored on your device
We use browser storage called tr-cookies-v2 to remember whether you accept or reject analytics, the date of your choice and the applicable information version. It is retained for up to 24 months from your choice unless you change or delete it sooner. It is not used to track your browsing and does not require consent because its purpose is to remember your preference.

Although stored under this website, these cookies form part of the Google Analytics service. They are not essential to view the profile. We will update this information if their names or functions change.
3. How analytics is used
Analytics receives information about pages viewed, visits, basic use, device and browser and approximate location. Connecting to Google requires transmitting your IP address; Google states that GA4 does not log or store it and discards it after deriving location information. Identifiers and events may still be personal data even without your name.
We do not use this analytics for personalised advertising or to recognise the same visitor across different Trayectoria websites. We do not send Analytics the contents of your emails, email addresses or information you include in messages to the profile owner.
Trayectoria administers statistics in a common property, using separate identifiers for each website. This allows comparison of service use without linking your visits across profiles.
4. Your choice
You can accept or reject using the banner buttons. Before acceptance, or if you reject, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics events to Google. Rejection does not prevent access to the website.
You can change your choice under “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw consent, we stop new measurements and remove this website's analytics cookies that we can manage. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing based on consent and does not automatically erase data already sent. You can request erasure at hola@trayectoria.pro, subject to applicable law.
If you clear browser storage, use another device or your choice expires, the banner may appear again. A choice made on another Trayectoria website does not replace your choice here.
5. Provider, transfers and retention
We use Google Analytics under Google's applicable data processing terms. Providing the service may involve access or transfers outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Transfers to US entities covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision; transfers not covered require applicable contractual safeguards and supplementary measures where necessary. You can request further information and a copy of relevant safeguards at hola@trayectoria.pro. See Google's processing terms and the European Commission's transfer information.
GA4 is configured to retain user and event data covered by its retention setting for 2 months, without resetting that period on new visits. Deletion follows the service's periodic process. Standard aggregated reports are not fully covered by that setting: we review their necessity at least annually and delete data that remains personal when no longer needed to evaluate the service. We do not keep event copies in external data stores. Effectively anonymised results do not identify you.
6. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by contacting hola@trayectoria.pro. We may need information to locate data associated with your browser; we will not require unnecessary additional information. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The Privacy Policy explains the other processing associated with this website.
